lyrics

sundara lālā śacīra-dulālā, nācat śri hari-kīrtana meṅ
bhāle candana tilaka manohar, alakā śobhe kapolana meṅ

The beautiful boy, the darling son of Śacī, is dancing in śri hari-kīrtana. On His
forehead is a charming candana tilaka. The curls on His cheeks are very attractive.

śire cūḍā daraśa nirāle, ban fulamālā hiyā par dole
pahiran pīta-paṭāmbar śobhe, nūpura rūṇujhunu caraṇan meṇ

His hair tied in a top knot is nicely decorated and wonderfully beautiful, and a
forest flower garland is dancing on His chest. He’s wearing a yellow cloth and the
ankle bells at His feet are jingling.

koi gāvat rādhā-kṛṣṇa-nāma, koi gāvat hai hariguna gāna
mṛdaṅga tāl-madhura rasāla, koi gāvat hai raṅga meṅ

Some are singing Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa’s name and some are singing of Hari’s qualities.
The beat of the mṛdaṅgas and karatālas combine to make a sweet sound. Some
are singing absorbed in Hari.
